£9.00 - £13.50ph + Mileage

Our Team at Novus Care are looking for Care Assistants that are passionate in their approach and compassionate in the support of our Service Users.

Service Users are at the heart of everything we do, so as part of our close-knit and friendly team you’ll all work together to assist our service users with their physical and emotional needs.

Main Responsibilities

The role of a Care Assistant at Novus Care is varied, but centres on the individual requirements of each of our service users. Everything we do is designed to help our customers live happy, independent and dignified lives. Your contribution to this will be:

· Providing personal care duties

· Administering medication

· Manual handling, using equipment where and when required

· Promoting customer health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the full

· Flexibly work a range of shift patterns including alternate weekends

· A large part of their daily lives

Who You Are?
