In 2014, two friends and co-workers, Alastair and Alun, sat in the Millenium Stadium watching the Six Nations with a Guinness in hand. Discussions turned to their careers and futures. What transpired was that they shared a passion and love for their work, but something was missing... their job had become more about delivering returns for shareholders rather than providing a quality service to the people they supported. Filled with Dutch courage Vetro was born.

On the 1st June 2015, the two friends became business partners and co-founded an agency that was built on their core values - to provide a clear and transparent recruitment service that puts people at the heart of everything they do.

Fast-forward to today and Vetro Recruitment exists to deliver quality service to our 3 C's (clients, candidates, and consultants ), and we are on track to achieve our mission of being the most recommended recruitment agency in the UK. We deliver this from our network of 5 offices across the UK, and our team of highly trained, dedicated, and passionate individuals.
