West House Residential Home

Our aim is to provide a high standard of residential care facilities enabling residents to feel secure and happy within a warm homely environment. We have a high staff to resident ratio, which enables us to provide a high standard of care 24 hours a day. The Personal Centred Care Plan will be developed with input from the service user themselves, friends and family with regular reviews to ensure the service user is responding in a satisfactorily manner to the care plan. Family and friends will be encouraged to participate in the service users daily routines as far is reasonably practicable, and are invited to monthly care plan reviews.  Service users and their relatives are always welcome to talk to the home manager and care manager if they have any concerns.
