We are a small (12 bed) and family-like residential home. We specialise in caring for adults over 65 yrs, caring for people whose rights are restricted under the Mental Health Act, caring for those with eating disorders, caring for people with mental health conditions (including dementia) and those with substance misuse problems. We have been established for more than 20 years and are based in Westcliff on Sea, Essex. We have been recently reinspected (July 2019) by CQC and were rated Good in all areas. We pride ourselves on the family atmosphere within the home, and the friendly interaction between the residents and their visiting friends, family and the staff. Care and treatment is planned and delivered in a way that is intended to ensure people's safety and welfare. People are supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives and staff support them in the least restrictive way possible. People are cared for and supported by staff who have received appropriate training
