About Us

Maison Care Limited has been delivering specialist care since 1990. We provide supported living services to adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Complex Care needs, Challenging Behaviours, and Mental Health conditions.

We’re looking for a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our friendly and established team in Wivenhoe, Essex.


About You – Essential

  • Positive, “can-do” attitude even during challenging times

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Good communication skills

  • Compassionate and caring nature

Desirable:

  • Full, clean driving licence (due to location)

  • Medication training

  • 6+ months’ experience in Residential or Supported Living care

  • NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

  • Experience supporting vulnerable adults

  • Knowledge of CQC standards
